Pre-wedding Planning

Initial consultation to discuss your vision and details of your celebration

Custom Event Portfolio with all of our organizational sheets, guides, checklists and templates to self guide you on your planning journey

Timeline draft of wedding day formalities, vendor deliveries/start times, music and wedding party preparation 

6 weeks prior to event, review and finalize logistics of event, venue layout, décor list, seating arrangements, table settings, vendor contracts, timeline etc. in time to submit your portfolio

Management of vendors and portfolio submission 6 weeks prior to event.

Rehearsal

Coordinate and run the rehearsal

On the Day

TLC Team at venue (Coordinator and Event Assistant)

Coordination/Management of wedding party, all vendors and events per timeline 

Manage set up of ceremony and reception sites 

Distribute flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests

Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances at the end of the event

Pack all gifts and decor to be sent home with designated individual

Assist vendors in tear down of event and make sure locations are left as they were when we arrived
